If you're passionate about dermatology and sales, we'd love to hear from you As an Account Manager - Biologics at Galderma, you'll play a key role in launching our new biologic portfolio into local ICS/Trusts and driving business growth in the UK.

About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you'll be responsible for developing customer relationships while maximizing opportunities based on strong account plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer selling and relationship management.
  • Delivering expected performance and beyond in the territory.
  • Creating successful regional and local P2P plans that accelerate launch uptake of Galderma's exciting biologic.

You'll work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders, including medical, marketing, and market access, to deploy and deliver excellent local business plans in line with strategy and needs to key customers. Strong abilities to leverage Omnichannel approach for key customers to increase adoption are required.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years selling experience in high-cost drugs, including launch experience.
  • Ability to think independently and act autonomously.
  • Qualifications to degree level in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
