Galderma, the emerging leader in dermatology, seeks a highly skilled professional to drive the successful launch of its new biologic portfolio. As an Account Manager - Biologics, you will be responsible for communicating the value proposition to key external stakeholders and executing the infield brand strategy. This role requires strong customer relationship management skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement successful regional and local plans that accelerate launch uptake.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and manage relationships with customers in the territory, delivering expected performance and beyond in sales.
  • Develop smart pre-call objectives aligned with territory strategy and brand team goals.
  • Educate medical providers and staff on Galderma's products and services.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates.
  • Create and implement successful P2P plans that accelerate launch uptake of Galderma's exciting biologic.
Territory Management
  • Analyze sales reports and field intelligence to inform business planning.
  • Develop a business plan for the territory in line with brand strategy.
  • Understand patient flow, local ecosystems, and key influencers to inform territory planning.
  • Identify customer position on sales cycle and target resources to maximize sales opportunities.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
