Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Biologics Portfolio Manager to join our team at Galderma. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a challenging role in the fast-growing dermatology market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for launching Galderma's new biologic portfolio into local ICS/Trusts, developing customer relationships, and maximizing opportunities based on strong account plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development, with a deep understanding of the dermatology industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expected performance and beyond (sales) in the territory.
  • Develop Smart pre-call objectives in line with territory strategy and brand team goals.
  • Educate medical providers and staff.
  • Create and implement successful regional and local P2P plans that accelerate launch uptake of Galderma's exciting biologic.
Territory Management:

  • Continuously analyze sales reports (CRM etc.) and field intelligence.
  • Develop a business plan for own territory in line with brand strategy for most important accounts.
  • Understand patient flow, local ecosystems, and key influencers so that key territory plans are appropriately informed.
  • Accurately identify customer position on the sales cycle. Effectively target and track resources to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders including medical, marketing, and market access to deploy and deliver excellent local business plans in line with strategy and needs to key customers.
  • Support formulary gains at local/regional level in collaboration with local market access managers.
