Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Biologics Account Specialist to join our team at Galderma.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to launch Galderma's new biologic portfolio into the local ICS/Trusts. As a Biologics Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing in-field brand strategies, building customer relationships, and maximizing opportunities based on strong account plans.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expected performance and beyond in the territory through effective sales and relationship management.
  • Analyze sales reports and field intelligence to develop business plans for own territory in line with brand strategy.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to deploy and implement excellent local business plans in line with strategy and needs to key customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven key account & project management skills & ability to prioritize and manage complex projects.
  • Microsoft Fluent.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
  • A deep understanding of the high-cost drugs UK healthcare landscape, including national & local payors, providers, and healthcare funding flows.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience.
