Are you ready to take on a challenging role in commercial development?
As a Channel Manager - EMEA, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and building strong relationships with key channel partners.
Purpose of the Role:
- Drive revenue growth through supporting the commercial activity of 80 key customers.
- Establish collaborative relationships with key channel partners through strategic account management.
- Immerse yourself in the sealant market to become a trusted advisor to your customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore and develop new and existing business opportunities to expand ISS's presence via channel partners.
- Establish PPE as a vendor within new industrial distribution targets to expand the ISS customer base and provide a more diversified revenue stream.
- Develop and manage a network of key channel partners.
- Take responsibility for setting and assisting in achieving sales budgets for all products and services to ensure ISS achieves the target sales revenue and profitability.
- Work with Key Account Managers to leverage the strengths of the channel to grow sales in key market segments.
- Develop distribution pricing strategies to position PPE at channel partners while leveraging PPE's differentiated value proposition.
Requirements:
- Experience in front-line sales with credibility to manage key channel partners at a senior level.
- Prior knowledge of industrial distribution.
- Ability to forecast, develop budgets, and provide measurement systems.
- Industry and technical knowledge with practical business acumen.
- Setting targets and measuring performance through KPIs and pipeline tracking reports.
- Excellent understanding and use of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build positive relationships with a reputation for integrity and achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptionally well-organised and efficient.
- Positive and able to show initiative with a proficient style.
