The People Pod is seeking an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts, building relationships with clients, and identifying sales opportunities. You will work closely with company leaders and the Head of Sales to develop your skills and knowledge of the recycling industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and tailored solutions
• Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities, engaging clients through various channels
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and use your insights to drive strategic engagement
• Deliver high-quality service, handling quotes, orders, and delivery management efficiently
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a motivated and confident individual with a proven track record in sales. You should have excellent communication skills, commercial savvy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full UK driving licence is also required.
