About the Role:

The Senior Reward Analyst is a critical role within Travelex's HR department, responsible for ensuring that employees are fairly compensated and recognized for their hard work. This position plays a vital part in shaping our company's compensation and benefits strategy, driving business outcomes, and enhancing employee engagement.

You will lead annual reward processes, including pay reviews and bonuses, while maintaining accurate Job Levels and conducting market analysis to inform salary decisions. Additionally, you will work closely with the Head of Reward to design and implement new reward initiatives that meet business objectives.

This role requires advanced Excel skills, numeric acumen, and the ability to communicate complex Reward concepts in an easy-to-understand format. Experience with Workday or larger HCM systems is a plus.
