Equity Reward Management Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and driven Reward and Equity Advisor to join our National Markets / Private Enterprise business at KPMG. As a key member of our Reward practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client projects on Reward workflows, which may include designing and structuring new equity or cash-based incentive plans, advising on tax and commercial impacts, and reviewing existing plans to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with team members to support on a wide range of reward matters, including designing and structuring new equity or cash-based incentive plans, and reviewing existing plans to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
- Advising on the tax and wider commercial impact of any corporate transactions on existing or new incentive plans, and advising on the tax structuring of transactions.
- Designing incentive plans for the wider workforce, including all employee share purchase plans.
- Regular client interaction, helping present reports and analysis, and day-to-day management of projects.
- Working with other teams to deliver integrated advice to clients in relation to their business issues.
- Delegating work to, and reviewing work carried out by, junior team members from both technical and commercial perspectives.
- Training and developing junior team members from both technical and non-technical perspectives.
- Assisting in the development of innovative solutions and opportunities for clients, and being part of initiatives to bring those solutions to market.
- Advising on technical issues and supporting the team's knowledge management.
