Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Reward Manager (Interim) to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing and driving the executive reward process, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with VP Reward, Total Reward, and senior stakeholders to develop executive reward solutions.
  • Manage analysis and draw conclusions for target setting, remuneration benchmarking, and valuation of benefits and equity awards.
  • Support the assessment, design, implementation, and review of the global career framework at senior levels.
  • Develop pay structures and incentive designs that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure data integrity and protection, working closely with Group Finance to track and report reward metrics accurately.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in executive remuneration, preferably in a consultancy or large organization.
  • Strong understanding of UK executive remuneration regulation and remuneration committee work for listed companies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think holistically.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a fantastic pension plan, flexible working arrangements, private dental care, private medical insurance, digital GP service, season ticket loan, eye tests, cycle-to-work scheme, volunteering days, and employee wellbeing assistance.
