Responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance with local compensation regulations and Sephora's global policies.
  • Managing payroll compensation changes and ensuring accuracy throughout the year, in collaboration with the Payroll Specialist.

  • Expertise in HR processes and data management with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A deep understanding of compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
