About the Opportunity

Sephora is expanding its presence in the UK and seeks a Senior HR Governance Manager to join our HR team. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation, benefits, and HR governance strategies.

Your expertise in HR processes and data management, combined with your sharp eye for detail and commitment to integrity and confidentiality, will ensure that our employees feel valued and supported. With a strong background in Compensation & Benefits or HR Controlling, you will be well-equipped to navigate complex data and drive strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements. You will also have experience in HR controlling and analytics, monitoring key metrics, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevating our employee experience by implementing best-in-class HR systems and governance policies.
  • Developing and executing compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Leading the annual individual compensation review process, including salary reviews, bonuses, and commission schemes.
  • Ensuring compliance with local compensation regulations and Sephora's global policies.
What We Offer
