We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Project Specialist.

In this role, you will work with the Directorate senior leadership team to deliver HR projects that drive large-scale change and improve services for the residents of the Local Borough.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR project management, with experience in managing complex projects from concept through to finish.

The estimated salary for this position is around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Managing HR projects to deliver improved services
  • Providing advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
