Job Title: Strategic HR Partner for Business Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Partner to join our Business Services team at Harbour Energy. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in integrating HR policies and practices with our Legal and Finance functions, enhancing operational effectiveness and supporting our company's objectives within the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align HR strategies with the specific needs of Finance and Legal functions
  • Advising and supporting leaders in the Finance and Legal functions on all HR-related matters
  • Supporting the development of talent management, development, and retention strategies for Finance and Legal professionals
  • Enhancing employee engagement and performance in alignment with company objectives
  • Ensuring HR practices contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate functions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with specific experience supporting Finance and Legal departments in the oil and gas industry or a comparable sector
  • Strong understanding of the legal and financial aspects affecting HR practices, particularly in the context of the oil and gas industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders within Finance and Legal departments
