About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Wellburn Care Careers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with great attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure our high standards are maintained. With a good level of IT skills, you will be responsible for coordinating care services and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. As well as a paid NVQ qualification, we provide ongoing wellbeing and mental health initiatives, HALO Awards to recognise staff who go above and beyond, and a refer a friend scheme worth £500.*

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good level of IT skills and be able to work independently as part of a team. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
