You will work closely with the Ward Manager to coordinate nursing services, lead a team of nurses, and contribute to the development of nursing strategies that improve patient care. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing nursing plans, supervising a team of nurses, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve our goals.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real difference in the lives of our patients. We offer a competitive salary of £42,058 - £62,065 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
