**Role Overview**:
As a Staff Coordinator, you will work together with our domiciliary home care team and play a vital role in supporting our care team in the community. Your responsibilities will include guiding and mentoring our care workers, demonstrating best practices, and providing assistance in areas where support is needed. You will work alongside our team within clients' homes to ensure that the quality of care delivered meets our rigorous standards and exceeds our clients' expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- To shadow train and mentor new Adult Care Workers and complete probationary paperwork as directed by the Staff Manager
- To complete spot checks and after checks on Adult Care Workers reporting any concerns to the Staff Manager and Registered Manager.
- To contribute to the completion of monthly medication audits as organised with the Medication Coordinator.
- To sign new Adult Care Workers off from their shadowing to ensure they are safe, competent, and confident to lone work and document as per the Probation Process.
- Make appropriate referrals on behalf of clients to ensure the safe delivery of care
- Participate in the company’s out of hours service provision to act as the manager on call.

**Salary**: From £23,125.00 per year
