Key Responsibilities of the Care Coordinator
  • Organise and manage care schedules to ensure timely and consistent service delivery.
  • Coordinate with caregivers to ensure all shifts are covered and high-quality care is maintained.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families, addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of care visits and client information.
  • Work alongside our  recruiment, training, and field care teams to uphold our service standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to enhance care service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role within the health or social care sector is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and managing data records.
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and supporting others.
  • You must hold a UK or EU driving licence and have continuous right to work full-time in the UK.
