About the Opportunity:

As a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, you will have the opportunity to join our dynamic Front Office team at COMO The Halkin. With a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, you will play a key role in driving our business forward.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working closely with the Front Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  2. You will be responsible for assessing guest issues, taking prompt corrective action to ensure guest satisfaction, and maintaining a positive attitude towards delivering exceptional service.
  3. Handling special room requests, accommodation needs, and billing instructions will be a key part of your role, requiring close liaison with other departments.
  4. VIP guests and long-stay guests will receive special attention, with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
  5. Supervising a team, motivating them to achieve higher levels of performance, and providing coaching to enhance their skills will be a key aspect of your role.
  6. Reviewing group arrivals and liaising with Reservations will be essential in achieving excellent service standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

About Us:

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
