Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team in Croydon. This role will involve ensuring the office estate is safe, secure, and compliant with statutory regulations while providing a clean and tidy workspace that fosters productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance of Office Estate: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the office estate to the agreed standard, ensuring all lease obligations are met, and guaranteeing that expenditure is effective, cost-efficient, and provides exceptional service to stakeholders.
  2. Representing the Department: As a confident and effective communicator, the Front Office Manager will represent the Property and Facilities department in a professional manner, both internally and externally.
Skill Requirements
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • The capacity to travel across regions as required, with occasional attendance at designated office bases and other Clarion offices.
Working Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment that values exceptional service delivery. They will be part of a close-knit team that works collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
