Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
- Support the management of front desk operations, including bell/door staff, switchboard, and guest services.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within a hotel environment.
- High standards of front office operations and excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and encourage others.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
