**Job Title:** Front Office Operations Specialist
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Front Office Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Office during the night shift. This includes managing guest complaints, resolving emergencies, and handling reservations.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Night Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and resolving any guest complaints or concerns that may arise during the night shift.
- Handling any reservations, bookings, or inquiries that may occur during the night shift.
- Participating in hotel crisis and fire teams and being familiar with all emergency procedures.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience in a similar role or as an Assistant looking for further development in Front Office operations and procedures.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience).
