**Job Overview:**

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Hilton London Paddington Hotel. As a Front Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office operations, ensuring high standards are maintained, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in evaluating levels of guest satisfaction and monitoring trends.
  • Compile adequate handover to Early staff / Duty Manager.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel, leisure or retail sector.
  • Competent level of IT proficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.

**Salary:** £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
