Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience in front office operations and a strong understanding of commercial awareness and sales capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the entire front office operation, ensuring high standards are maintained
  • Evaluating levels of guest satisfaction and monitoring trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Recognising regular and VIP guests, promoting the hotel brand's loyalty scheme, and maximising room occupancy at best rates
  • Working closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
