**Job Description:**

As a Front Office Manager at Accor, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House department and ensuring operational excellence for all areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the front office team to deliver hotel standards and meet customer satisfaction and audit targets.
  • Duty management shifts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Exceed departmental targets by identifying new opportunities to increase profit contributions and cost control.
  • Actively participate in revenue and sales activities operated by head office and specific operational activities.
  • Recruit and train new staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Deal with guest enquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

**Qualifications:**

  • 2 years of experience in a leadership role within Front Office.
  • Guest-focused mindset.
  • Outgoing personality and service-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
