Front Office Manager

**Job Description:**
As a Front Office Manager at Accor, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House department and ensuring operational excellence for all areas of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and coach the front office team to deliver hotel standards and meet customer satisfaction and audit targets.
- Duty management shifts to ensure seamless operations.
- Exceed departmental targets by identifying new opportunities to increase profit contributions and cost control.
- Actively participate in revenue and sales activities operated by head office and specific operational activities.
- Recruit and train new staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Deal with guest enquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
**Qualifications:**
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role within Front Office.
- Guest-focused mindset.
- Outgoing personality and service-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
