**Welcome to the Front Office Team**

At the 25hours Hotel Zürich Langstrasse, we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Manager Assistant to join our team.

As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests are happy and content.
  • Manage the front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager with administrative tasks and ensure that the team runs smoothly.
  • Step in for the Front Office Manager when they are away.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent service standards and high levels of guest satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a front office or hospitality role.

  • Fluent German and English language skills.
