Front Office Operations Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of City of London's finest boutique properties, the Threadneedles Hotel. The unique 74-bedroom five-star hotel is part of The Autograph Collection from Marriott.

The Role of a Front Office Operations Manager

Together with the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Front Office department. You will be working with a very dynamic Front Office team who are fully committed to providing the best possible service to all our guests.

Some of the specific tasks include assisting with the management of all Reception and concierge operations, including liaising with teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer feedback and requests. As well as ensuring efficient coverage of Duty Management and nights, and assist in managing the overnight team of the hotel and manage the resource planning and recruitment of front office team members.
