Front Office Coordinator
Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator to oversee the smooth running of a prestigious new office in Mayfair. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and polished environment for clients and staff, many of whom are Arabic-speaking, making fluency in Arabic a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, manage meeting room bookings, and support events.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the front-of-house area.
- Work effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
- Manage events and be comfortable with hands-on tasks, such as preparing beverages for meetings.
