Front Office Coordinator

Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
About the Role:
This is a front of house position that will also involve providing additional administrative support to the team. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Maintaining an immaculate office, reception area and meeting rooms
- Managing all meeting room bookings
- Taking incoming calls, post and deliveries
- Managing stock of office stationary and kitchen supplies
- Some diary management to a Partner
- Overflow administrative support to the wider Assistant team
- Ad-hoc administration as required.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer or client-facing role, ideally with experience of liaising with High Net Worth Individuals or VIPs
- Some previous office experience would be highly beneficial
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Capable of working independently while also being team-oriented
- Excellent attention to detail and passionate about providing excellent service.
Company Benefits:
- The position is fully office-based, with standard hours as 9am-6pm
