Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team at people2people. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you will be responsible for providing a professional and positive welcome to our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing information
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events as well as arrange catering and drinks for meetings when required
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
- Book and arrange with a courier to deliver important documents
- Assist with events hosted by the company for clients
- Support the team with various office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Someone who genuinely cares about the work they do and takes pride in the role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
