About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors to our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Support the cleaning and security team, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and staff.
- Perform other administrative duties as required, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong administrative background, with experience in providing exceptional customer service. You will also have a good understanding of IT systems, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
