About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our front office, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be required to assist with administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and colleagues;
  • Managing the daily visitor list and ensuring all visitors sign in and out of the building;
  • Handling incoming calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, including visitor logs and correspondence;
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment;
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a reception or front office environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitors;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
