Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel operations, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing the front office team, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest services. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and think critically
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Familiarity with hotel management systems and software
