Job Description

The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for the successful operation of the Front Office department, working closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure prompt resolution of customer feedback and requests.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role, possess a genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry, and strive to provide outstanding service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of all Reception and concierge operations
  • Liaise with teams to ensure efficient coverage of Duty Management and nights
  • Manage the overnight team of the hotel and resource planning
  • Recruit and manage front office team members

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Commitment to providing outstanding service to guests
  • Minimum one year experience in a similar role

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
