Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Front Desk department and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Front Desk team to ensure that all guests receive prompt and efficient service.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve guest satisfaction and reduce wait times.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 31 days holiday, annual bonus, private medical health coverage, pension scheme participation, life assurance coverage, and free meals while at work.
