About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our front office operations during non-peak hours. As an Assistant Manager Front Office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our hotel's front desk, guest services, and housekeeping teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all front office activities in the absence of executive management.
  • Maintain awareness of hotel activity on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure high levels of security for guests and hotel property.
  • Be familiar with emergency procedures and local legislation.
  • Meet, greet, and escort VIP guests; ensure efficient communication between departments.
  • Effectively handle and resolve guest complaints and problems.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience in residential property management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
