Front Office Operations Manager

As a seasoned hospitality professional, we are seeking an exceptional Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at Cheval Collection Ltd. This exciting opportunity will see you lead the front office team across both residences, ensuring seamless operations and delivering world-class service to our discerning guests.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the front office department, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving excellence throughout your team. Your experience in luxury hospitality environments, combined with your leadership skills, will inspire others to develop and grow within the front office profession.
Main Responsibilities- Manage multi-site property front office teams and operations, ensuring that service standards for both residences are consistently met.
- Develop the front office team's skills through guidance and training, promoting a culture of service excellence.
- Ensure the front office department is professional, consistent, and focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Management experience in a 5-star or luxury environment, preferably with multi-site experience.
- A proven track record of motivating and leading a front office team to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
