Front Office Manager Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Threadneedles Hotel in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the smooth running of our front-of-house operation, ensuring all guests have a unique and enjoyable experience with us. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the front desk team, including responding to guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
In this role, you will also be part of our hotel's emergency response team, responsible for reporting incidents and providing support during busy periods. If you have a proven track record in managing front office operations and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front desk team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure efficient front office operations
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
- Familiarity with Opera system is essential
Benefits:
- Estimated salary £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
- 28 days' holiday rising to 33 with length of service (including bank holidays)
