Accor Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at St Martins Lane. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and leading the team in the absence of senior management. Key qualifications include previous management experience within a Front Desk/Office environment, high level of Microsoft office proficiency, ability to lead and direct teams, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to multitask effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk team, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and resolving any guest complaints or issues.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for this role, as well as a strong understanding of hotel operations and procedures.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4/5-star or high-profile events environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and directing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
