Front Office Management Professional

About the Role
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk team, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and resolving any guest complaints or issues.
- This role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for this role, as well as a strong understanding of hotel operations and procedures.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4/5-star or high-profile events environment.
- Proven track record of leading and directing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively, prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
