About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the Director will provide administrative support to the Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the Director's office. This role involves managing deadlines, coordinating events, and providing general administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage deadlines for articles and reports
  • Coordinate events, including the Museum of the Year and the annual Trustees Dinner
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Director
