Job Title: Executive Assistant to Board Directors

Job Summary:

The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Board Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative assistance, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Board Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Board Directors, including diary management, correspondence, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and catering
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information, ensuring discretion and confidentiality
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, shareholders, and government officials
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Recent secretarial experience in the banking sector or at an international financial institution
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Board Directors and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
