About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of over 70 professionals, collaborating closely with the Executive Director of Collections and Curation to ensure our offerings captivate and inspire. You will be directly accountable to the Director General, driving the museum's engagement strategy and determining how IWM continues to engage, educate, and inspire its global audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative programs that engage with a broad spectrum of audiences
