Sales Director Job Description

At NoviSign Digital Signage, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA and APAC sales efforts. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct and channel sales, with experience in the SaaS industry. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, identifying new customers, and building strong relationships with end customers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting both end customers and channel partners in EMEA & APAC
  • Identify and approach new customers, as well as recruit and onboard channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators
  • Collaborate with partners and customers to develop joint business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives
  • Provide training and support to partners to ensure effective selling of our solution
  • Monitor and analyze partner and customer performance, providing feedback and guidance to optimize results. Conduct QBRs with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment of strategies and a seamless experience for both customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regional market nuances to identify growth opportunities and enhance differentiation
