We are seeking a seasoned Pricing and Sales Director to lead our revenue management team at Parkdean Resorts. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping our revenue strategy and driving commercial success.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in pricing and sales leadership.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  • As a Pricing and Sales Director, you will oversee all aspects of revenue management, including setting pricing strategies, managing financial targets, and supporting a team dedicated to exceptional sales performance.
  • You will engage in weekly strategic revenue meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for driving revenue at our parks and planning forthcoming weeks and advance sales.
  • You will analyse and recommend booking patterns and market trends to manage performance across all business channels.
  • You will prepare weekly sales briefs for Marketing and the Sales teams, highlighting future growth opportunities, current offers, third-party activity, and relevant market insight.
  • You will carry out annual park reviews, create pricing strategies, pricing plans, and maximise opportunities.
  • You will manage performance versus budget and forecast, ensuring all concerns and opportunities are escalated as soon as they arise.
