Parkdean Resorts is a leading provider of UK holiday parks. We're currently seeking a Holiday Parks Revenue Director to join our team.
About the JobAs a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a revenue growth strategy across our holiday parks. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy, including pricing and promotional plans.
- Lead weekly strategic revenue meetings, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Manage and support a team of Revenue Assistants to ensure exceptional sales performance.
- Analyse and recommend booking patterns and market trends to inform commercial decisions.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
