About ERA Group

Our ERA Business Consultants are client-facing leaders who get trained to identify, present, and deliver cost reduction projects. As an ERA Consultant, you will work with businesses to reduce overhead expenses alongside industry specialists. You will become an expert in identifying, presenting, and delivering cost reduction projects, leveraging your career experience and expertise to support clients with cost reduction initiatives.
The estimated salary for this role is around $180,000 per year, depending on your location and level of experience. Requirements include a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, a background in Sales, Consulting, Business Development, Finance, Analytics or similar, and the ability to talk and support senior-level executives. Problem-solving skills, good communication and negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit are also essential.
