Senior Sales Leader

As a Senior Sales Leader at Sue Ross Recruitment Ltd, you will join our Sales Team and work closely with Account Directors, Senior Leaderships, and Department Heads to deliver exceptional service to clients. This high-profile role involves designing and building custom luxury chalets, requiring expertise in creating, delivering, and managing high-end multi-million-pound projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive retention and penetration of existing client accounts.
- Maintain close relationships with clients to ensure plan targets are achieved through collaboration with the SVP Business Operations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams on generating leads, preparing compelling sales presentations, and expanding existing account bases.
- Maintain a visible presence within the team.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with client accounts.
- Owning proposals, sales presentations, and client relationships.
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
Requirements for the Role:
We seek an individual with 10+ years of sales and sales leadership experience in the exhibits, custom product/marketing solutions, or advertising industry. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in business/marketing/communications, is required, with an MBA being advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess strong client and employee relationship management skills, with heavy travel expected.
Estimated salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum.
