Job Description

Homes for Students is a leading provider of student accommodation in the UK. We are seeking a Regional Revenue Manager to join our Sales team, covering London and surrounding areas, working 40 hours per week.

Purpose of the role:

  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
