Sales Director Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our business growth in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue expansion, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with senior-level clients.

Primary Objectives:


  • Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or surpass quarterly and annual quota and revenue goals by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior-level clients, champions, and internal teams to drive business opportunities and share best practices.
  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline through targeted account research, lead generation activities, and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with SDRs to strategically target accounts and engage with internal stakeholders to collaborate on opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Market Research Sales Experience: Minimum Four or more years of experience in market research sales, preferably in the EMEA region.
  • Research Technology/Insights Solutions: Two or more years prior experience selling research technology/insights solutions or consumer insights tools, preferably to Fortune 5000 brands.
  • CRM Platforms: Functional knowledge of CRM platforms and advanced analytics and reporting tools.
  • Quota Attainment: Proven track record of excellence with year-over-year quota attainment and experience selling 6-figure contracts.
  • EMEA Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the EMEA market, including regional compliance, cultural nuances, and business practices.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages prevalent in the EMEA region is highly preferred.

What We Offer:


The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • Revenue Growth: Achieving and exceeding revenue targets for the organization's end client business.
  • Quota and Revenue Goals: Consistently meeting or surpassing quarterly and annual quota and revenue goals.
  • Pipeline Maintenance: Maintaining a robust pipeline through targeted account research and lead generation activities.
