Senior Multi Hotel Revenue Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Multi Hotel Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Team based at our London Support Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing revenue management strategies across our defined portfolio, ensuring the successful implementation of our global corporate strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Management Strategies: Implement overall revenue management strategies, working closely with hotel teams and multi hotel revenue managers to ensure alignment with our global corporate strategy.
  • Main Tasks: Deliver exceptional service according to contracted service agreements, focusing on customer satisfaction. Develop and execute hotel individual strategies to boost revenue streams and maximize KPI results, utilizing the C.A.D.R.E method for effective strategy implementation.
  • Competitor Analysis: Spearhead competitor set definition for the next year, covering the entire region, and provide expert advice on benchmark systems and data. Support and advise on changes throughout the year, ensuring accurate competitor analysis and market share data.
  • Forecast: Initiate short- and long-term revenue forecasts, identifying areas of opportunity and strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability. Oversee forecast accuracy for your market place or region.
  • Reports & Meetings: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and hold weekly and monthly meetings according to individual hotel service levels. Analyze special event periods to improve results for future events, and attend senior MHRM meetings to prepare and execute monthly boost sessions.
  • Support: Provide expert advice and support to hotels on business and leisure rate collections, distribution contracts, and group evaluations, according to individual service level agreements.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication with the regional revenue manager and MHRM team, coordinating instructions and information effectively.
