About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to join our dynamic commercial team based in London.

Job Description:

This is a hybrid role, combining cluster revenue management with leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing overall revenue through effective inventory and pricing strategies across multiple hotels in Europe.

  1. Develop and implement revenue-driven strategies to drive market share and revenue performance.
  2. Implement pricing strategies for all market segments, distribution channels, and Conference and Events.
  3. Manage inventory effectively, ensuring optimal control of room accommodation and rate inventory controls.
  4. Optimize distribution channels and manage them accordingly.
  5. Implement sales and pricing strategies set by senior leaders for all hotels.
  6. Produce accurate monthly forecasts, maintaining an industry-standard accuracy rate of 95%.
  7. Conduct daily reviews and implement room accommodation and rate inventory controls.
  8. Manage group and transient inventory for all hotels in the region.
  9. Quoting for groups and supporting hotels in managing groups in line with contracts and according to demand.
  10. Collaborate with hotel Reservations and Front Office to ensure agreed selling strategies are in place and worked towards.
  11. Monitor and adjust sales, groups, and pricing strategies regularly.
  12. Participate actively in weekly revenue meetings and contribute to discussions.
  13. Maintain pricing consistency across all distribution channels (Rate Parity).
  14. Liaise with market managers from third-party channel partners.
  15. Implement blackout dates and review frequently to determine if adjustments are needed.
  16. Provide analysis of yield strategies, room statistics, and performance trends.
  17. Constantly check and review the quality of data between the PMS and RMS.
  18. Write and review end-of-month revenue reports for each hotel.
  19. Conduct displacement analysis of group business and sales negotiations.
  20. Analyze and understand market trends to communicate opportunities with senior leaders.
